At the counter, staff search or scan items in Shopify POS. Offers follow your own prices, your buy rules and condition grades. Pay in Shopify store credit, cash or your own method.

What it does

What keeps a payout right
Paid once
Each buy order is paid once. For store credit, the app keeps the proof that the payout was made exactly once.
Offers are calculated on the server
The storefront page never accepts an amount from the browser.
Limits are checked twice
The most per buy order and the most per customer per day are checked when a buy order is approved and again when the payment starts.
A price change waits
If a price changes while the cashier is working, nothing is paid until the new total is confirmed.

Plans differ only in how many buy orders you can pay each calendar month. Prices in US dollars. Billing is handled by Shopify.
Good to know before you install
- Paying in store credit needs Shopify's store credit and new customer accounts switched on.
- The storefront page needs the Online Store sales channel and a theme that accepts app blocks.
- Counter buying needs Shopify POS.
- Offers come from your own Shopify prices. There is no connection to an outside price guide.
- The app sends no email to customers.
- One currency per shop.
Your data
- The app stores what it needs to record a purchase and pay the seller: name, email address and, if given, phone number, the items, and the amount paid.
- It does not store postal addresses, payment card or bank details, identity documents, or the orders customers place in the shop.
- Personal data is not sold and is not used for advertising. The app sets no cookies and uses no tracking tools.
- When a shop uninstalls, everything stored for it is deleted after Shopify's erase request, 48 hours later.
