Nexus Logic Systems ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your corporate data.
Data Collection: We collect basic contact information (name, email) strictly for software licensing and support. All financial transactions and credit card data are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. We do not store your payment information.
Operational Privacy (Zero-Data Extraction): The Ban-Shield Forensics terminal is a locally-hosted utility. It processes all Meta and TikTok Shop data completely offline on your local machine. We do not extract, intercept, or store your clients' sensitive agency data, NDA materials, or proprietary operational frameworks.

Terms of Service
By purchasing a license from Nexus Logic Systems, you agree to the following B2B operational terms:
Product Function: Ban-Shield Forensics is strictly a document formatting and compliance automation utility. It is not an "unban service" or a legal representative.
No Guarantees of Account Recovery: We provide the automated structural framework for Plans of Action (POAs). The final decision to reinstate an ad account or digital storefront rests entirely with Meta, TikTok, or the respective third-party platform. Nexus Logic Systems does not guarantee account recovery and accepts no liability for permanently disabled assets.
License Restrictions: The software license is granted per agency. Reverse engineering, reselling, or distributing the generated output as a standalone white-label service without authorization is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy
Nexus Logic Systems operates a strict B2B digital licensing model.
Activated Licenses: Due to the cryptographic nature of our digital software licenses, all sales are final once a Ban-Shield Forensics license key has been activated on your machine. We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled monthly subscriptions.
Unactivated Licenses: If you purchase a license in error and the activation key has not yet been utilized, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the transaction date by contacting [email protected].
